These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of calcbazaar.in (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. The short version: CalcBazaar's calculators give you estimates to help you understand your numbers, they are not professional advice, and you're responsible for the decisions you make with them.

01Acceptance of terms
By visiting or using calcbazaar.in, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the Site.
02Description of the service
CalcBazaar provides free, browser-based calculators and document generators covering salary, loans, investments, and everyday paperwork for Indian users (for example: CTC to take-home, EMI, SIP, savings goals, invoice generation, and similar tools). All calculations run in your browser; the Site does not require an account and does not store the numbers you enter.
03Not professional advice
Nothing on CalcBazaar constitutes financial, tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice, and no advisor-client, fiduciary, or professional relationship is created by using the Site.
Every result the Site produces (a take-home salary, an EMI amount, a projected SIP corpus, an invoice total, and so on) is an estimate based on the inputs you provide and the assumptions built into that calculator. Real-world outcomes depend on factors a browser-based tool cannot fully account for, including current tax rules, employer-specific policies, lender terms, and market conditions.
Before making any financial, tax, or legal decision, please verify the numbers and consult a qualified professional, such as a chartered accountant, financial advisor, or lawyer.
04Accuracy & no warranty
We build and test each calculator carefully, and we fix errors when we find them. Even so, the Site and all calculators are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any calculator is free of errors, that it reflects the most current tax slabs, interest rates, or regulations, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
05Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalcBazaar and its creator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including any financial decision made in reliance on a calculator's output. Your use of the Site, and any decisions you make based on it, are entirely at your own risk.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data or code from the Site in bulk, other than normal search-engine indexing
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Site's calculators, code, or design to republish or resell as your own product
- Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Site or attempt to bypass any security or rate-limiting measures
- Misrepresent CalcBazaar's tools as your own, or use its name or mascot without permission
07Intellectual property
The CalcBazaar name, logo, mascot artwork, site design, and underlying code are the property of CalcBazaar and its creator, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may use the calculators for your personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative products from the Site's design or code without written permission.
08Feedback you submit
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or bug reports through the feedback form or by email, you grant CalcBazaar a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback to improve the Site, without any obligation to credit or compensate you. See our Privacy Policy for how any personal information you include is handled.
09Third-party links & services
Some tools link to external sites, including knowyouremi.in, Paisabazaar, and Groww. These sites are operated independently, and CalcBazaar is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion and subject to their own terms.
10B2B & licensing
The calculators on CalcBazaar are free for personal use. If you'd like to license, embed, or integrate CalcBazaar's tools into your own product or business, contact us through the Contact page with your company name and intended use case; commercial use without a licensing agreement is not permitted under Section 7.
11Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove calculators and features at any time without notice, as the Site grows. We aim to keep existing tools stable, but we don't guarantee that any specific calculator or feature will remain available indefinitely.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use as the Site evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
13Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect, and these terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CalcBazaar regarding use of the Site.
