About the creator
The site was built by a single developer who spent 15 years working in manufacturing and got tired of not finding tools that actually explained the numbers clearly. Most salary calculators give you a figure but not the breakdown. Most EMI calculators don't show you what happens if you make a part payment. CalcBazaar tries to fix that.
It grew out of an EMI calculator built to solve one problem well, knowyouremi.in, and is now expanding into a full toolkit for everyday Indian financial decisions: salary breakups, loan EMIs, SIP planning, savings goals, invoices, and soon tax, GST and real estate too.
Every calculator here is free, works without an account, and is built around Indian rules and conventions instead of adapted from generic templates. New calculators are added regularly, and existing ones are updated whenever tax slabs, PF rules, or interest rate conventions change.
